Forum on Local Green Building
Tuesday, July 10, 2007, 7p.m. - 8:45 pm
Henderson County Library

Architect Ken Gaylord, who is building an environmentally-sensitive building in                       Hendersonville, will discuss the advantages and benefits of building “green"            buildings.  Ned Doyle, coordinator of the Southern Energy and Environmental Expo, will describe the resources and builders available in the area.  A question/answer period and open discussion will be facilitated at the end of the presentation - This is a great opportunity to get your questions answered about Green Building in this area!

 

 
Guided Green Building Tour at Warren Wilson College
Thursday, July 26, 2007 - 9 a.m. - 1p.m
 

As a follow up to the Forum on Local Green Building on July 10th, Warren Wilson College will be hosting a Green Building Tour to see first hand some of the Green Building options that the College has implemented on campus. The walk will begin at 9am. Space is limited to 20 people, so please call the ECO office (828-692-0385) to reserve your spot. Many attendees will be carpooling from the Hendersonville area.
